1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlowUp Funnels™ software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”), owned and operated by GlowUp Funnels LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
GlowUp Funnels™ is an all-in-one marketing, sales, and automation platform designed to help women entrepreneurs, coaches, and service providers—especially those marketing to moms, parents, and families—manage and grow their businesses with ease.
Features may include, but are not limited to:
CRM and contact management
Funnels, websites, and landing pages
Course portals and memberships
Calendar scheduling
Email and SMS marketing
Workflow automation
Social media scheduling
Payment processing
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Your subscription plan provides access to the features displayed at checkout. Plans are billed as specified during signup (monthly, annually, or otherwise). Pricing may change with prior notice.
4. Complimentary Credits & Add-On Services
We may offer complimentary credits for SMS, calls, or emails. Unused credits do not roll over. Usage beyond included credits will be billed to your account wallet.
Optional add-ons may include:
SMS marketing & phone calls
Premium triggers, actions, and integrations
Email verification services
Domain setup & configuration
5. Account Usage, Cancellation & Data Retention
5.1 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account, maintaining login security, and complying with these Terms.
5.2 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Once canceled, all data (websites, funnels, contacts, automations, etc.) will be permanently deleted within 72 hours. Back up necessary data prior to canceling.
If canceled mid-cycle, no refunds are provided, and access remains active until your current billing period ends.
5.3 Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails, your account will be deleted at the end of that billing cycle unless payment is resolved.
5.4 Data Retention
Unpaid inactive accounts are retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
You may request to pause your account for up to 3 months for a $10/month data-hold fee.
If GlowUp Funnels™ ceases operations, active accounts will be given the opportunity to transition directly to HighLevel, the enterprise infrastructure powering our platform, to avoid data loss or service interruption.
6. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice of updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Payment Terms & Taxes
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved gateways.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Fees exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any taxes required in your region.
No mid-cycle refunds are issued.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
If a refund policy applies, requests must be made within 30 days by emailing [email protected] with your product name and reason for the request.
Refund eligibility is at our sole discretion.
9. Privacy Policy
GlowUp Funnels™ values your privacy. We collect information necessary to deliver our Service and improve user experience.
Personal Information:
Name, email, billing details, contact data, and information voluntarily provided by you.
Non-Personal Information:
Browser type, IP address, pages visited, usage statistics, and aggregated analytics.
Cookies & Tracking:
We use cookies and similar technologies to personalize your experience and improve platform functionality.
We never sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers essential to our operations or when legally required.
10. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
GlowUp Funnels™ complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Key principles include:
Lawful, fair, and transparent processing
Data collected only for specific purposes
Accuracy and minimization of data
Secure storage and controlled access
Respect for user rights (access, correction, deletion, portability)

11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.
12. Data Security Measures
We use industry-standard encryption, restricted access, and secure storage. However, no online system is completely immune to risk, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
13. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
Upload or distribute malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to data or systems
Interfere with platform functionality
14. Restrictions on Content Use, Competitor Access & Account Portability
Your GlowUp Funnels™ account includes proprietary templates, automations, and workflows developed for our users.
You agree that:
You will not resell, license, or share GlowUp Funnels™ templates or configurations.
You may not replicate or export materials to another GoHighLevel agency without written consent.
Competitors within the GoHighLevel network must obtain approval before creating accounts under GlowUp Funnels™.
15. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” GlowUp Funnels™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the month of the event.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowUp Funnels™, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government restrictions.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, and disputes will be resolved in Tennessee courts unless otherwise required by law.
19. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
20. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
